Bach Dang Complex was built on the former land of Bach Dang Hotel, T24 hotel directly under the Military Zone 5, Ministry of Defense.

• 1991: T24 hotel was upgraded by the Military Zone 5 technical facilities
• 04/08/1993: The Minister of Defense decided to establish a state-owned enterprise with the function of doing business in hotel services.
• 24/05/1997: The Ministry of Defense issued decision No. 710 / QD to change Bach Dang Hotel into Bach Dang Company.
• 09/09/2009: Bach Dang Hotel and Trading Co., Ltd was established from two partners: 508 - Ceinco 5 Company and Bach Dang Guest House - Military Zone 5.
• 29/09/2010: Announcing the signing of a hotel management contract between Bach Dang Hotel and Trade Company Limited and Hilton Group.
• 10/10/2012: Bach Dang Hotel Trading - Service Company Limited officially renamed to Bach Dang Hotel Trading - Service Joint Stock Company.
