Bach Dang Complex was built on the former land of Bach Dang Hotel, T24 hotel directly under the Military Zone 5, Ministry of Defense.
- 1991: T24 hotel was upgraded by the Military Zone 5 technical facilities
- 04/08/1993: The Minister of Defense decided to establish a state-owned enterprise with the function of doing business in hotel services.
